Super nice dancing with Independence Matters at Harford Hill so interesting to hear your reminiscences, especially of dancing at the Samson and Hercules (where so many people met). I felt the joy of Jiving, your memories lifted me off my feet, spun me round and brought me there. Delighted you have invited me for a monthly visit and looking forward catching up !!

Rosie on dancing at Marion Road weekly with  Age Uk 2015-17 “…I love dancing with you all. Belly dance traditional music, sing-alongs, country and western and rock n’roll rocks!! Some fantastic moves from everyone, beautiful interpretations of music and hip rolls to aspire to! I am learning so much from you! : )”

A lovely eclectic group of fantastic movers and shakers ( and shimmiers) at Independence Matters, at Harford Hill and the Vauxhall Hub – Seniors and Charmers groups. We dance, reminisce and stretch our intellectual horizons!
